Visas:

Countries who need visa for entering in Spain, should apply for it to the Spanish Embassy in their country not later than 90 days  before the championship.

Send to the Spanish Embassy a copy of the Official Invitation letter, and a list with the names of the persons travelling, dates of birth, passport date of issue and expire, name, address, telephone and e mail of the head of the group travelling, and a copy of this list should also be send  to:

The Gran Hotel Bali is situated in the area of La Cala, Benidorm, close to the sea with the most increadible views of the bay and only a short distance from "Terra Mitica".  Competition Fees:

·        Euro 100,00 for Individual competitors

·        Euro 50,00 for Teams

 

Competition Rules:
According to the AETF Competition Rules.
The Championships will be played out on 6 rings.

  • Juniors must be born in the years from 1991 to 1995.
  • Junior competitors born 1991 may either be Junior or Senior for the competition.

Coaches :

  • Must wear either a training suit or a T-shirt and pants and running shoes while coaching.
  • Only one (1) coach of a country is allowed entering the coaching zone at the same time.
  • Only a coach can present an official protest.
  • Not more than two (2) coaches per country will have access to the drawing and to the coaches meeting on Thursday April 23rd 2009 at 18.00-19.00.

Umpires:

  • Umpires will be accommodated in the Umpire/VIPs hotel.
  • The organization will pay a 5 days/4 nights hotel accommodation including full board (no drinks included) from Thursday april 23rd 2009 to Monday April 27th 2009 to a maximum of two (2) Umpires for each participating country in double room.
  • Other Umpires wishing to participate must pay their hotel accommodation according above mentioned arrangements.
  • Umpires must attend the umpire meeting on Thursday april 23rd 2009 at 16.30 – 17.30 at the Umpire Hotel dressed as written in the ITF Umpire rules.
  • Umpires not present at the umpire meeting on Thursday april 23rd 2009, at 1630 shall be removed from the umpire list and be accommodated in the competitors’ hotel – they therefore shall pay their own expenses.

Other:

  • The Organizing Committee is preparing the online registration which will be ready to use from the 25th february 2009.
  • Each country will be responsible for their own expenses whilst attending the Championships.
  • FEST is not responsible for any injuries. All participants should have full insurance coverage for accidents!
  • Press office will be at disposition during the Championships.

    Due to the fact that it is required by the hotels a previous booking list should be send before 20th february.
